    Since it is about celebrating the days of the year, there will be several activities to engage in. Verbs are action words, so they will be used to describe how festivals are celebrated.

    Example:

    It is usually celebrated during the Hindu month of Karthika, which falls between mid-October and mid-November. Prior to Diwali, people clean their homes and buy new clothes, utensils, and other household          items. Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha are also worshipped for success and prosperity.
