  1. Who pocketed most of the pieces till now?
  2. Who pocketed the least pieces till now?
  3. How many more pieces did player 2 have pocketed?
  4. How many black pieces will be on the board?
  5. How many white pieces will be on the board?
  6. If player 1 pocketed 3 pieces on his next turn, how many pieces would he have pocketed?
  7. If player 2 pocketed 2 pieces on his next turn, how many white pieces would he have on the board?
  8. After the next turn of both players, how many total pieces would have on the board?

The number of pocketed pieces of each player is:

  1. Number of pieces pocketed by player 1 = 2
Number of pieces pocketed by player 2 = 5
Among 2 and 5, the number 5 is bigger.
So, player 2 pocketed most of the pieces.
  2. Among 2 and 5, the number 2 is the smallest.
So, player 1 pocketed the least of the pieces.
  3. Number of pieces pocketed by player 1 = 2
Number of pieces pocketed by player 2 = 5
    More number of more pieces’ player 2 has pocketed = 5 – 2 = 3
Player 2 has three more pieces pocketed than player 1.
  4. Number of black pieces pocketed by player 1 = 2
There are a total of 9 black pieces in the Carrom.
    Number of pieces on the board = 9 – 2 = 7
There are seven black pieces on the board.
  5. Number of white pieces pocketed by player 2 = 5
There are a total of 9 black pieces in the Carrom.
    Number of pieces on the board = 9 – 5 = 4
There are four white pieces on the board.
  6. Number of black pieces pocketed by player 1 = 2
In his next turn, he pocketed = 3
    Total number of pieces pocketed by player 1 = 2 + 3 = 5
Player 1 would have five pieces pocketed after his next turn.
  7. Number of white pieces pocketed by player 2 = 5
In his next turn, he pocketed = 2
    Total number of pieces pocketed by player 2 = 5 + 2 = 7
Player 2 would have 7 pieces pocketed after his next turn.
There are a total of 9 white pieces in the Carrom.
The number of white pieces would have on the board = 9 – 7 = 2
  8. After the next turn of both players:
Player 1 would have 5 pieces pocketed after his next turn.
    Number of black pieces on the board = 9 – 5 = 4
    Number of white pieces on the board = 9 – 7 = 2
    Total pieces on the board = 4 + 2 = 6.
