1.Why Is the Kitchen Not a Safe Place for Playing?

The kitchen is not a safe place for playing for the following reasons-

• All kinds of sharp chopping and cutting instruments are used in the kitchen.
• LPG gas cylinders are used in the kitchen for cooking. These cylinders remain filled with gas and are dangerous to play around with.
• Many other electrical instruments like a mixer grinder, microwave, chimney and water purifier are installed and used in the kitchen.

2.What Measures Should We Take While Crossing the Road?

• While crossing the road we should check both the left and right sides.
• We should use the zebra crossing while crossing the road.
• We should follow the traffic rules and cross the road when the traffic is on hold.
